Show command should either show GUI or output why not

Nothing happens when calling '/wbt show' outside of a boss zone.

Expected behavior: show the GUI or output that GUI will show up when player enters boss zone.

Should be fixed with the "Show only in boss zone feature": 9769189.

There has been a partial fix for this, however, the GUI's visibility could use three states:

SHOW: Always show
HIDE: Always hide
AUTO: Show when there is a kill timer, or inside boss zone
