When I come up to the area for one of the bosses and no timer is showing in my WBT window, it would be nice if the default respawn timer would start counting down.

Scenario_Base:
User enters Galaon zone, and a timer appears and starts counting down from 15 min.

Scenario1:
User leaves zone without killing boss, and timer disappears.

Scenario2:
User registers Galeon boss, and a new persistent timer is created.

Scenario3:
User2 tries to get a timer shared from User. Nothing happens.

Scenario4:
User2 shares a timer to User. The "default" timer disappears.
