Requested a few times on Curse.

I know there will be some issues or imperfections that might make it harder than at first sight (example: the parsing of shared timers is based on the chat message containing English text).

When adding: start with English + Spanish myself, and then ask for contributions from translators, e.g. on Curse.

This is part 1 and only the initial framework code needs to be added.
