The following occurs with several level 80 alliance characters. Haven't played horde 80s since installing the new guide, so not sure if it's happening there as well.
In the Icecrown Guide, the quest "Free Your Mind" is not auto-checking off the 3 steps for pick up, objective, and completion. All a manual checkoff accomplishes is the 3 steps still appearing in the mod window, but with the check-boxes displayed and the following LUA error for every click of those 3 steps:
