In the three steps "Nazgrel", "Stomper Kreego" and "Getting Gladiators", you go into the cave, out and back in. It'd make more sense if Stomper Kreego was before the Nazgrel item.

The authors have taken a look and deemed it not necessary to change but do keep suggestions incoming for things like this.

I just wanted to add, nothing is stopping anyone from doing it on the way in. The purpose of the guide is to make sure things don't get missed. As the author of the guide, I can say with confidence I am sure there was a reason I did it that way all those years ago... perhaps as simple as he wasn't there when I went in... or perhaps (and I think more likely) I was coming back after the fact to add all the rares and treasures into the guide and looking for a good spot and this works.
