Issue

There is currently a "Switch Translation" button displayed even when a quest has no translation available. This can be confusing to users and needs to be fixed.

Proposed Solution

Hide the "Switch Translation" button when there are no translations available for the quest.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to a quest that has no available translations.
2. Observe that the "Switch Translation" button is displayed.
3. This button should not be visible when there are no translations.

Acceptance Criteria

• The "Switch Translation" button is hidden when no translations are available for a quest.

Additional Notes

• Be sure to test this on various quest pages to ensure consistent behavior.
