There is a size limit for the popup box.

Could you make it auto expanding or give it a scroll bar?

Not overly important, just in case you are bored.

Correction, it just seems like the first line is always out of bounds.

For every WQ one line is added to the box.
In your example we got 4 quests and the first line. So the box contains 5 lines.
One quest name is too long, we need 2 lines for one quest. Since only one line is added per quest one line is hidden.
