Hello, firstly thanks for continuing to maintain this addon.
This following issue occurred during Dragon Flight and was reported and fixed (thanks again), unfortunetly it reverted to the same issue once TWW released, my comment(s) on this past issue is the same issue now #109 (comment)

I currently have the Assists Frame scale set to 85.8%.
If I try to move the frame back to the bottom of my screen after I log back in, I can't and it acts like it's already at the bottom (like an invisible wall), the same if I try to drag it to the far right edge of the screen. If I change the scale (to anything, doesn't matter, and then back to what I want) it will allow me to move it down again but it will move it back up again when I exit the game (just logging out doesn't seem to cause the issue, need to close WoW completely).
