On the default frames, a border surrounds uninterruptible spells that are cast by target/focus, but on zperl this border is lost.

Can the border be added? As an alternative, is it possible to allow zperl to re-enable the default casting bar? (Disabling the zperl casting bar simply hides it, it doesn't re-enable the default one.)
