Outside raid, all frames are broken. Player, target, and focus frames always show but are blank with the basic skin background. Targeting also causes the default UI target frame to open.

I don't know if the screenshots before were useful or if the one attached is useful. Please tell me if they were and I'll compile some for raid issues (if any exist).
