The file .github/workflows/houserules.yaml has not been updated in several months and does not work with the latest Demeo version.
In particular, the dependency file: https://gist.github.com/orendain/9053d92b9f3571c619618619665c8cbc/raw/1d94aee9fe14b23affdb975d57aa6b4c5f6c04f2/2023-09-07.zip is no longer compatible and needs to be updated.
