Time to apoapsis. I use this a lot during launches. 

Flight path angle (velocity vector angle to horizontal)

Angle of attack

Atmospheric efficiency and/ or terminal velocity to help optimize the launch

Mach number

Most of these are available in Kerbal Engineer Redux (maybe that helps)
