[1.02+] Flag Decals (v2.3)

About

Previously hosted on Spaceport for 0.21, this mod has been redone with all new features and parts. It's even better now that you can offset parts.

Includes:

• Curved Flags (fuel tanks and other cylinders)
• Flat Flags (wings and other flat surfaces)
• Folding Flag (part version of eva flag)

Installation

Drag ZZZ_Flags folder into GameData. The Zs are there to put the flags at the end of the Utilities page, to prevent clogging up your part catalog.
