This part pack is designed to provide players with more flexibility when dissipating heat on their vessels. It is designed primarily to function with Near Future Electrical to dissipate and control reactor heat, but it can be used to work with stock parts such as LV-Ns and protect ships on Moho or near Kerbol. That's why it is a separate pack!
