Can't attach something on down inline node

Hi,
IFI tank have two inline nodes. I can attach anything on Up node, but nothing on Down node.
I had successed attach large Adapter but it appear into IFI tank and I can't attach anything on Adapter inline Down node.
Each time I try attach something on Down node, I have same behavior as a surface attacheable part.
parts.cfg file seem right, nothing have changed since your oldest releases.
It's a very old bug. Your bottom inline node is turned to up, inside the tank !
KSP 1.0.x no longer allow to attach part toward wrong side of a inline node.
You may set a negative value:
node_stack_bottom = 0.0, -0.4300, 0.0, 0.0, -1.0, 0.0, 2
This fix will break our old .craft files.
I submit to change maxTemp to 2000 like common parts.
