Ghost of Kerbal keeps any ships in area from being controlled. cannot go to space center and have to cntrl-del to restart.

Attempting to duplicate and see if it is the eva or another issue.....

Fixed by removing EVA Vessel before removing Kerbal.

Looks like Kerbal on eva leaves and part-less ship if you use the command to remove a kerbal. and that part-less ship locks game when loaded...
