Note to myself Revert no longer gives cost to aircraft.. Not sure when I got rid of this or something I forgot to fix in an KSP update. But I have to redo the Revert cost of vessels.. IE getting cost of a vessel and doing its muliplier for total cost.

Fixed in 3.1.2.0. Now revert cost are built off Total ship cost + fuel cost.
