The UI is too big, and  extends off the window if the resolution of the height is less than about 1100 or so
This is specific to the following windows:

Send a Crew to Orbit or Landing
Launch Crew to A Station

This is related to UI sizing, I just saw that my UI was set to 130%
Maybe add something which checks to see if it's going to exceed the size of the window and reduce the size a bit
