Unable to do 2 subsequent orbital research missions.

When you have just completed an orbital research mission and then accept a new one and do a new launch you are unable to start the experiments.
Steps to reproduce:
- Accept an orbital research mission, complete it, and de-orbit the craft.
- Return to space center, go to mission control and accept new orbital research mission.
- Go to VAB, the same ship should still be loaded there.
- Launch your ship and once in orbit right click the part and start the scan.
Result:
A message saying the scan can't be started because the craft has already fulfilled a mission. Expected result is to start the scan.
This happens even if you change the parts or the name of the vessel in step 3 or if you rebuild the vessel from scratch using the New button.

Thanks for this info, I have fixed this for the next version of mission controller.
For now you should be able to do another mission when KSP is reloaded, or playing another session.
