[Bug π]: LAG in editor {FlowGraph spam}

Brief description of your issue (aka the problem)
When in the VAB, working on a rocket or craft, there are times that the game will lag. Only when dragging parts around or on occasion moving the camera. This mainly starts happening when it seems that you have "recovered" many parts and I think SY is having trouble keeping count? Or something like that?

Steps to reproduce the behavior or issue
Load up save, go to vab, load in a craft and attempt part manipulation, again this didn't happen early career, mainly after the save has about 6+ hrs of game play on it.
Expected behavior
Not having any lag in the VAB.
Actual behavior
While manipulation a part/parts and moving around the camera, there will be jerky behavior. If I remove the OH Scrap and Scrap Yard, the lag goes away.

@gamerscircle , @Lisias that is one massive KSP.log - seriously - largest one I've ever seen - by a factor of 12 or even 15.
misplaced the decimal place by a couple of places π³
reviewing it now.
- KIS has texture problems.
- Precise Maneuver has an .dll issue (only one entry) note to self

Yes, that was a big log. I have had to supply logs before, but that was a long time ago and I think it was a player.log? KIS? Kerbal Inventory System? I am not using that in my save; however the name of my save is "Kerbals in Space" aka KIS, so my game has a texture problem? That last link was to tweakscale and I don't use that mod.
@gamerscircle yes it was about tweakscale, but the same internal KSP issue/problem that is affecting tweakscale might also be the cause of this issue. something in KSP + editor + symmetry might be the root cause of this issue;
the texture issue is internal to other mods, just pointing it out to help you as much as possible.
well, not conclusive - but didn't see much slowdown - except scene changes. Am still going to lint the logging code, and might even have an option to turn off logging altogether.
