[Bug π]: Part's not Applying / FlowGraph Error

Brief description of your issue (aka the problem)
The FlowGraph Error still seems to linger around.
Started multiple new games and and reinstalled oh scrap and scrap yard multiple time issue is consistent.
Whenever i recover a vehicle and have parts as soon as i enter the VAB and it auto applies or i hit the quick apply button i get the FlowGraph error and parts are not applied. Using it manually i can multiply used parts.

Windows 10
KSP version
1.12.5.3190
Version of addon
2.2.2.1-release
Steps to reproduce the behavior or issue
1.) Create a vehicle
2.) Fly to Space and return to Kerbin
3.) Recover the vehicle.
4.) Enter the VAB and quick apply parts.
Expected behavior
Old Parts are applied to the SpaceShip
Actual behavior
New Parts are applied to the SpaceShip.

There's a chance that #62 may be related to this one.
I'd like to add that I'm also having this issue, parts don't seem to be automatically applied. I see that @roxik0 has a potential fix that I would like to test but I couldn't find any releases. I tried to build from source but it looks like there's some type of issue with resolving dependencies. I'm not a C# dev but if there are some build instructions I'd love to give this a try!
edit: nevermind, I saw that @roxik0 posted the updated DLL in the forum. Tested it and it seems to work so I'll use that for now
