Action Groups

Action groups won't reassign to reused parts.

Whenever I change a given part with action groups assigned to a reused one, it just erases them (if the old one had nothing assigned to it) or changes it back to what the recovered part had.

I think the reusability thing could just either ignore action groups or at least otherwise allow them to be edited, but if there are people who want this feature, then maybe it could be a toggle.
