Transfer window doesn't open

Clicking on a resource in the SM window doesn't open the transfer window.

Having the debug window open I see the following error (taken from player.log):

[ShipManifest] - Error:  Error in:  SMAddon.Start.  System.InvalidCastException: Cannot cast from source type to destination type.

I'm seeing the same issue

Try SM 5.2.0.0
