I have just implemented vessel to vessel (which includes multi-part to multi-part) transfers for crew and science in the version currently under development (tentatively slated to be version 5.2.0.0) You can see any work performed to date in the dev branch.

I am revisiting all science related operations in the process, as I will need to touch much of the code for it anyway. If there are specific things you would like addressed, let me know here.
