This has been a consistent bug in RP-1 for quite a while now, and the premise of it is simple. I personally haven't had this mod installed for awhile, but if I remember correctly it is caused by hovering your mouse over the ship manifest button. This will cause the info box to appear, and it will not disappear until the game is exited. This bug has been around since at least march (and likely way longer, and I have seen reports it is still present as of 6.0.8.0. (most recent report I saw was June 25th)

This also happened to me in the past and the only way i can remove it was by restarting the whole game

I get this same problem all the time and it's infuriating. It persists until a scene changes forcibly disposes everything.

I, too, have this issue.

as you can see the issue persists even after going to space center, but i have no reproduction steps.

This is probably redundant now that ship manifest has since been removed from the express install (although it is still recommended by the legacy install)
