I've tried using the latest build of SCON with Kerbalism 3.17 and I think the problem with the ISRU is similar to the previous one with the science lab.

I've tried adding :FINAL, :FIRST, and :AFTER[KerbalismDefault] to it but you might want to check those again.

@captanredbeard I believe this has been resolved - if not, kindly just comment and I will continue working on this.
