Rational Resources has become feature-ful and popular. It contains a small patch to restore metalore -> metal smelting for SimpleConstruction (because it more or less neuters Ore deposits throughout the solar system) but doesn't actually hit every part simpleconstruction modifies.

Might it be more efficient for SimpleConstruction to handle this in its own compatch? If interested, I think I have at least a base for that compatch written, so let me know and I'll work it into a PR.

Good day, folks. Sorry for taking so long to notice this. I'd like to be pointed to that smelter patch that I have... I don't remember its contents or location.

I would firstly need to know what it is that SCON seeks to take advantage of in RR, or what it seeks to do exactly to achieve its goal.
