Allows you to add thermal paint to any part to increase heat resistance during re-entry or high speed atmospheric travel. Right click on any part in the Vehicle Assembly Building or Spaceplane Hangar to add or remove thermal paint from the part. The more paint added the more heat resistant the part will be, but it will also add quite a lot of weight to that part.
