A Mech that has a top speed, (for a skilled person), of 5-6 m/s, but autopilot has an average of 2-4.
has four chain-guns with 3600 ammo, 4 basic rocket pods with a total of 76 ammo, and the two missile batteries with a total of 16 hellfire missiles.
It is pretty stable, but is wobbly until gotten up to speed, you need to engage brakes to start, then to go fast, you can turn brakes off and"skate" at a relatively high speed until you actually need to aim. Turning is simple. while walking, press left and right to turn.
Q and E to balance and to achieve high speed by skating across the surface while the legs are moving. it sounds complex, and is hard to get used to, but will be rewarding in the end. Not very armored, but the erratic movement makes it hard to hit you with anti ground missiles. the 4 chain-guns are pretty OP, and have a lot of ammo. this design requires constant human attention to go fast, and will not have a good speed efficiency on stability assist.if you get hit with anything directly, you ARE going to either die or get knocked over. luckily, the feet are wide enough to be stable. although fairly stable, it is not idiot proof and can be tipped over by the user, although it is hard. the craft is a bit wiggly, so be carfull about leaning to the side too much.
PS, you can activate multiple weapons at once.
Read the craft description in the SPH to understand how to use the craft.
There are two weapons managers, so you can use two weapons at once.
Makes for cool effects.
I based the model after the game Mechwarriors, and it is the basic shape for a classical mech with shoulder rockets and machine guns.
turn sas on for auto walk, but it might not go straight
