Ever wanted to colonize the Red planet? I once did, and in doing so built the following line up of interchangeable segments for a Duna base. The base I built(and continue to build) is made up of specialized segments that are launched individually. When put together, it makes a nice destination for Kerbals heading to the Duna system. The included craft (my current base)can help you learn how to make a base on another Planet, but it is encouraged that you expand the base or make your own. Recommended for beginner to intermediate KSP players.
It is also encouraged that you modify the segments to meet your specific mission parameters. I've uploaded pictures of modified Duna base segments used to build a laythe base in the comments
folder contains:
-Rover +spacetug (launch separately, dock, refuel, go)
-primary living module
-science module
-refuel/observation module( PPD-12 Cupola Module, large and normal sized docking ports)
-hubmax connector
- orbital mini station + secondary living module
Many of the craft have 0.23.5 propulsion systems, allowing for easy and seemingly effortless flight. All segments can be organized in any configuration, and most of the modules have wheels for convenience. (except for primary living module)
My recommendations are to send the rover first, to find a flat area to start the base.

Have Fun!!
