Description:
The Koeing 747-400 is a model of the popular Boeing 747-400, and can hold over 170 kerbals, not including the flight crew. While it's designed to handle gentle flight maneuvers, this craft has the ability to fly inverted or perform high - G acrobatics, provided you have enough speed. Generally, one wants to be flying above 200m/s to perform acrobatics. Takeoff is very simple; just pull back on the pitch at the specified takeoff speed, and the plane will lift off. To land, give yourself more room than you think you'll need, as the control surfaces become less responsive at slower speeds. Align yourself with the runway early on, and put down the gear and apply brakes before touchdown. Recommended landing speed is in between 120 and 110m/s. Once touched down, press 2 to toggle reverse thrust, and set throttle to max to slow down.
