One of the pinnacles of the secretive T. L. Ellsworth Aerospace Design Bureau. This is meant for strike missions in the air or in space, and is even refuelable in space as well. It can carry a single Strela missile (from the Big Body Bomber), or ten Strike Missiles (like the VSTOLs). It has been tested to orbit at an altitude of 120km, and does not require MechJeb to fly, but with this design, MechJeb is included on one of the files.
