The 'Red Deer' Microver was an accidental invention. When the R&D team were trying to create an advanced Kerbal transport using a car design, Genenu Kerman accidentally ordered the wrong amount of used toaster parts to build it, and when the build team assembled it, it was too small for any large amount of Kerbals, in fact, it only had room for a single maintenance engineer, who would have to hang upside down on the craft. The name Microver was given because of a garbled transmission. Static had overtaken the message, resulting in the only thing heard being "Micro ver". It is called Red Deer because it looks like a deer mid-jump. Two emergency thrusters are superglued - I mean, connected with a complex adhesive substance - to the main fuselage, in case of any kind of animal confrontation or any other danger to the rover. As this now presents the danger of the rover falling and exploding on the ground, a single parachute has been added on the top. There are also two landing legs re-purposed to flip over the craft, if it were to land backwards. They look almost like turtles when they're on their backs.
Installed how you would normally install a craft file. Just put it in your SPH folder and everything should be fine.
I'd also suggest actually getting a Kerbal onto that seat underneath it. Because those wheels? They break rather a lot.
