The ShuttleBot is a small spaceplane controlled by a drone core, and equipped with a 4-kerbal passenger cabin. It'll reach Low Kerbin Orbit with around 800 m/s of Delta-V to spare, more than enough to rendezvous with multiple craft/stations in orbit, return and have a bit of flight time if the reentry is off.
Flying it, takeoff:
Gun it and regulate speed with the elevator until you hit 11-12000m. Here, the speed will slack off noticeably.
Gently dive, until you're well past Mach 1 (you'll see compression effects, and the acceleration will increase), this should happen at around 9000m.
Very gently pull up to 20-ish degrees nose up. The acceleration will continue.
As you pass through 20.000m or so, the acceleration once again slows down. Change the mode on the Rapiers and get your apoapsis up to a little above 70K.
Hit "prograde" on the autopilot, wait until you get close to your apoapsis and circularize. You're in space!
Landing:
Try to reenter nose high, pumping some fuel back to the rear tank might help with this, though it's probably not needed.
Once you're past the fiery bit, turn off the autopilot and trim the plane out by pumping fuel back and forth as needed, if needed.
Fly to the runway and land.
