The Grumman F-14 in reality is a naval fighter used by the US throughout the 80s and 90s. While it is not in service today, the F-14 is still a technological feat because of its sweeping wings. its ability to change the shape of the wing surface mid-flight allowed it to be both maneuverable at low speeds and capable of supersonic flight.
Unfortunately, I wasn't able to replicate the moving wings with stock parts, but the aircraft is still fully functional and relatively easy to fly.
