Russian BTR-80 personnel carrier is recreated in Kerbal Space Program. Most of the capabilities are inherited in this design which the 8 wheels and water rafting, rear doors. More importantly the roof is able to acquire guns from armory mods. I would leave the armory modification for you, since I’m not much like to create killing machines.

Press on the Robotic arm command panel to open and close the rear door, driver hatch and rotate searchlight.
