A Bukkit plugin for a quite known Minecraft gamemode called "Manhunt".
This one has such special features as:
- auto-updating compass (and not by clicking while holding it in hand)
- start delay countdown (customizable, also the runner has 2 extra secconds to prepare)
- if speedrunner is in another dimension, the compass points to last portal the speedrunner went into
- multiple speedrunners and hunters supported
- compass works in the nether
- hunters get compass after death and the plugin clears the compass drop on death
- a cool config
- world reset command (WINDOWS ONLY, other platforms will be supported soon)
Commands:
/mhhunter <(no args) / add/remove [player] or add-remaining/remove-all> - Get the Hunter role (Use no arguments to just apply it to yourself)
/mhspeedrunner <(no args) / add/remove [player] or add-remaining/remove-all> - Get the Speedrunnter role
/mhnorole <(no args) / apply [player] / apply-to-remaining> - Remove the role
/mhstart <delay for speedrunner to get away (in seconds)> - Start the game with the delay
/mhproblems <problem> - Solve some technical problems (like if you have lost the compass)
/mhreloadconfig - Reload the config
/gm <0-3> [player if needed] - Fast gamemode command, can be disabled in the config (op only)
/heal [player if needed] - Heal (and saturation) command for you to heal before you start the game (if your friends often like to pwp before you even start it), can be disabled in the config (The last two commands are op only and can't be used secretly)
/resetworld - RESET THE WORLD (Windows only, also before you use it you should specify the server script file name in the config)
Please, dont't forget to UPDATE the plugin, otherwise you will not get bug fixes and new functionality!
Future updates will add:
- Saving manhunt progress (like portals' coords) and loading after server reload/restart
- Saving portals locations before the player even got the role to make the plugin experience perfect
- Bukkit premissions support if needed (leave a comment if you need it)
- Renaming the commands
- Editing the config from the console (I hope I will be able to do this)
- Localisation and its customisation
- Sending pther plugins a message about stopping the server on world resetting
- Maybe gameplay features (most of them will be disabled in config by default ig)
- More config options (I already have some ideas)
- Bug fixes / New features!

I currently don't have enough motivation to work on the next update because of all the complicated things I need to do here before adding something new
You can enable "instant server stopping" in the config, by default it's disabled because it won't let other plugins to save any info either (currently)
If you have any ideas or you found a bug (and you know when exactly it happens), please tell me somehow :D
Also, I'm going to publish a lot of my other plugins soon, so follow if you want to get them! (but I am very busy rn and also need to update this plugin more, it's one of my most favorite projects)
Source code is not publicly available, and this won't ever change for this project. (Unlike the other projects)

I really want to make this one of the best and most popular manhunt plugins, and also I'll upload two small but useful clientside mods you can use with this (soon)
Currently for 1.18.X. If you need it for another version, tell me and I'll update/downgrade it! (P.S. I will update it to 1.19 when my personal problems end)
In addition, I recommend to use my Less F3 mod with this plugin
