Armageddon - shoot live TNT from dispensers with configurable angles and velocities

1. dispensers configured as cannons will shoot live TNT when dispensing TNT
2. cannon configuration include angle, velocity, and a fuse length (not yet implemented)
3. dispensers can be turned into cannons by left-clicking with torches or redstone dust
4. cannons can be turned into dispensers by left-clicking with redstone dust
5. the '/cb' command allows for the display and configuration of user-specific cannon settings
6. user-specific cannon settings can be applied to a dispenser or cannon by left-clicking with a torch
7. cannon settings can be displayed by left-clicking a dispenser bare-handed
8. supports Permissions and Groupmanager *) cannonball.display allows players to display cannon/dispenser settings *) cannonball.configure allows players to change settings *) cannonball.toggle allows players to turn cannons on and off

1. download jar file and move to your plugins folder
2. reload your server
3. read and adjust configuration file in plugins/Armageddon/config.yml
4. reload your server if you made any changes

1. follow INSTALLATION steps 1 - 3.
2. if you see a warning message about an outdated config.yml file, simply follow the instructions in plugins/Armageddon/config-new.yml
3. if there is no warning message, you are good to go
