Old banned name not changing to new

Recently I banned a player with the account of "DestinyPvPz". While banned, he changed his name to "Crited", then to "SwattedYaNan". As of now, he is still banned properly, but I cannot properly lookup the account "SwattedYaNan" with /bminfo. Although doing /bminfo DestinyPvPz will work, despite that account no longer existing due to name change.
Other info:
Apparently the player never tried to join when his account was named Crited, not sure if this affects anything.
