Hi, i need help with the BanManager-WebUI

Can i install it and conect it with my sponge server? How to install it, i saw the tutorial there https://banmanagement.com/setup/web-application

but i cant do it, i cant run the setup, after uploading the files to ftp i see only some check which tells me - rename the settings.php and set password, so i did it but it took me back to my homepage and now the banlist looks like that: http://hexxcore.smsmc.net/banlist/BanManager-WebUI-1.6.0/index.php
