  In this project, the classes, fields, and methods for which javadoc comments are written are regarded as public apis. Note: The fields and methods which has javadoc but its class does not have one should not be regarded as public apis.
• [Exception] All the classes in buildvox.core.command package are not public api even if documented, because most codes are reflection based ones by picocli.
