ChiliChat is a plugin for simple chat formatting. Using ChiliChat, you can easily set up prefixes, suffixes and specific colors which can be given to players using any superm permissions plugin.
This is currently a work in progress and hope for a release as soon as the new Bukkit RB comes out.
