Quite ludacris to leave out LuckPerms when this is what everyone uses now.

I don't know. You will have to check yourself.

Looks like this one was updated to 1.10+ and uses Java 8, but hes also stripped it down.

This plugin is no longer being updated, at least on this repository, so LuckPerms support will likely not be added. You are free to make a PR to add it yourself however
