Echo Mining
What is it?
It's a tool to give players an easier way to locate ores while mining. It prints the number of ores in your player's area and can point you to the nearest ore using a special compass. It can be used to search for only specific ores.
Why use it?
When you want mining to be less chance based and easier, you can use this plugin.
Commands
Use /echo <ore type> to find ores in your vicinity (default 16 block radius around you).
Appropriate values for <ore type> include:
**nothing**: search all
all: search all
coal
iron
gold
diamond
emerald
redstone
lapis
lapis_lazuli
copper
Use /echocompass to get a compass that can point you to the nearest ore every time you use /echo or right click with this compass in hand.
-The compass glows when it is pointing you to the nearest ore
-Stops glowing when no nearby ores detected
-You have to use /echo or right click every time you want to update it (may be updated in the future)
-Left click with the compass on hand to change the desired ore through a GUI
