If you own a PVP Server it´s a must to have Plugin.
Permissions:
-there are no permissions erveryone can see the health
How to Install:
1. Download the Herzen.jar .
2. Drag and Drop it in the plugin folder from your Minecraft Server.
3. Restart your Server.
4. See the health from everyone else.
