Pickup handler doesn't work

Problem: Pickup handler doesn't work with latest version of Holographic Displays (2.3.0). Older versions works okay.

Problem was reported by few users of plugin above. Pickup handler doesn't work not only on 1.13 but other versions too.

Problem was reported here 4 days ago #106 not sure why it's closed now though.

It's closed because it has been fixed in a dev build. A new version will be on Bukkit Dev soon anyways.
