Hi, RedisBungee recently added the channel "legacy:redisbungee" to fix the incompatibility with 1.13+ versions.

Hi, sorry for reopen this, but i see you first check if server is 1.13 and use "legacy:redisbungee" but some servers like mine that uses ViaVersion to allow people from newer versions, still have problem with this because the message to bungee is sent from a +1.13 player using "RedisBungee" channel when the server is 1.8 for example.
My recommendation is to allways use "legacy:redisbungee".
