Description

Chat API out of date, getting error from console

How to reproduce

place files in plugin folder on control panel, restatrt server, console spits our error

Platform

  • Server version (output of /version): 1.16.4 Java Windows
  • Holographic Displays version (check with /hd): latest downloadable
  • ProtocolLib version, if installed (check with /protocol version): n/a
  • Do you use plugins to allow players to join with multiple Minecraft versions (such as ViaVersion, ProtocolSupport, ...): no

Post the output of /version please. I think, as the error says, that you're not using spigot.jar but craftbukkit.jar.

hey im getting the same issue since in using Bukkit tho how can i fix this, im using 1.16.5 and all i use is H.D. so is there anyway to fix this

Read the error, you have to use Spigot, not just Bukkit. You should see "spigot" somewhere when you execute /version.
