Allows players to your server to send messages to you on ICQ
Commands:
/icq <message> - send message to ICQ
Permissions:
icqsender.send - allow access to /icq command
Installation:
- Place ICQ Sender.jar to in the plugins folder on your server
- Place icq.php, rtf.class.php and WebIcqPro.class.php in to a folder on your web server
- Edit file icq.php and config.yml
