Basically the plugin generates islands in a vast ocean.

As with any generator simply place the generator in the in the plugins folder and configure your bukkit.yml or use a world management plugin to generate the world.

Configure complexity of generation (Island Heights).
Make fake biome / populator with volcanos and volcanic islands with lava.
Enhance biomes for jungle / make nether inverse for lava and netherrack islands.
